I may be wrong , it may be another fibro drug that causes weight gain. The PharmD said to open the capsules and sprinkle the microbeads initally after surgery and then once past the inital post-op phase as long as I can tolerate it.
Wish I could give you better instructions on the last part but I was just clicking around and it changed and now I don't remember my exact steps. I have been opening/sprinkling since surgery but read somewhere that we shouldn’t.

Have you looked into the 'ginger for pain relief' post I made? Some times it's almost like New&Improved found his way back on...but that can't really be the case.
