I decided to reinstate in very small doses to avoid any major side effects, so i opened the mini capsule and took 1 of the three mini beads inside the 37.5mg xr for a month. This includes things like taking drugs sometimes, not taking care of my body and yes, not always taking my meds.My dose is currently at 225mg and I am now on day 3 of running out.
